Review: Global harm reduction strategy developed by the 193 members of the World Health Organization in 2010 to address issues related to the supply and use of alcohol. The global strategy focuses on ten key areas of policy options and interventions including leadership, awareness, health services, community action, drink-drivers, availability, marketing, pricing policies, reducing negative consequences,reducing the public health impact, monitoring and surveillance.
