Review: Programs for people who use drugs and are looking for residential or community-based treatment options. The Bridge Program model of recovery is a purposeful, whole of life, person-centred, coordinated care approach that combines a number of key elements into an integrated, evidence-informed recovery program. Participants in the state-based programs are supported with assessment, detox, withdrawal, referrals, harm reduction and aftercare. Families are encouraged to be involved. Centres based in a number of states. NOTE: This is a review of the provider's website and information on it, not a review of the quality of their services.
