Review: An innovative national research body that facilitates collaborative, evidence-based research into Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health.  There is a clear vision to increase the overall health outcomes for persons of Indigenous heritage and to aim for equity in physical and mental health outcomes. The site provides access to research projects, events, e-news and knowledge exchange. The organisation is a leader in advocacy for Indigenous wellness and engages health and other professionals through regular conferences and professional development. An excellent example of a collaborative approach that brings together researchers, service providers, policy makers and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
