Review: Nationally and internationally recognised Australian organisation at the forefront of socio-cultural research into behaviours and patterns associated with alcohol and other drug use. NCETA has a specialty in research associated with understanding the prevalence of alcohol and other drug use in workplaces. The evidence-based results are used to inform the design and implementation of strategies to reduce the incidence of, and/or harms associated with, alcohol and other drug use and other risky behaviours.  In addition to the professional development provided around workforce development, NCETA is regularly invited to help inform policies, law and strategies to prevent and reduce the harms related to the use or misuse of alcohol and other drugs in society.
