Review: The European Association of Substance Abuse Research (EASAR) is a network of leading European research institutes and research supporting agencies which are active in the area of substance related disorders. In 1994 it was set up in close cooperation with the Regional Office for Europe of the World Health Organisation and in consultation with the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drugs Addiction (EMCDDA). Provides information on their annual conference.
