Review: Website supporting Curtin's 'Aussie Optimist' mental health promotion program for children in primary and lower secondary schools.  Aussie Optimism is based on Seligman’s theories of learned helplessness, and more generally on Positive Psychology.  Training is available for teachers and other professionals working with young people aged 6-14. There is a cost involved in accessing the curriculum materials and professional development.  Resources have been assessed against current Australian Curriculum criteria. The site's layout is clear, and provides consistent information about Aussie Optimism in plan English.
