A good site too for friends or families who are concerned about a child, sibling or friends and are looking for prevention or early intervention strategies. Multiple self-help options including access to online programs which provide information about mental health issues and ideas to make life feel better. All materials are evidence-based with access to reports and current statistics and facts. An additional service is a forum and opportunities to connect anonymously with others allowing the giving and receiving of support.
