Review: Outpatient clinic providing a continuum of specialist alcohol and other drug treatment services, including assessment, Koori healing unit, pregnancy support, adolescent treatment, methadone maintenance, aftercare, HIV prevention, and a welfare team to assist consumers to live safely. Attached to the unit is a research team which supports the integration of research and clinical care within the Centre by working with other units to evaluate current treatment and explore new treatment options to inform best practice.

Review: A free and confidential assessment, home-based detox and withdrawal service. The program helps people who misuse drugs or alcohol to reduce or stop their alcohol and other drug use. The service encourages families to be actively involved in supporting their friend or family member to transition to living a changed lifestyle that is not dependent on alcohol or other drugs. GPs and agency AOD staff are an active part of the detox process. Where required, the service supports referrals and aftercare.
